Owner of port in a shared VN should be the current project instead of the VN's project

Bug Description
Build 1.10 2282
This was fixed in 1.06 by Prakash and due to upgrade considerations, the commit was not picked for master.
Have two projects Project1 and Project2
Create public VN1 in Project1 with shared set
In project2, create a VM with VN being VN1
The port created has owner as Project1 and not as Project2
This is also causing the port not to get deleted on deletion of the VM
