Bug Description
Problem seen in customer setup. Physical NIC is Intel 10G.
Two hosts A and B. Continuous ping from A to B fails intermittently. Echo requests make to B, but when B tries arp resolution for A, the resolution fails. It was observed that ARP requests reach A, however A does not respond.
