Bug Description
I get the an error while I am trying to access configure--> networks,or any other tab where project selection is mandatory, as the projects are not showing up .
The screenshot is attached and was discussed with Biswajit and workaround is provided .

If there are no projects associated with a Domain, the Projects dropdown is supposed to say 'No projects found'. This is fixed for R1.06.
