As far as our logging shows, none of the three units ever had a root partition full enough to cause alerts (threshold for that is 80%).
It's possible that disk space filled up very briefly and that the same process then recovered the space quickly enough to pass without triggering an alert, but this doesn't seem likely to have happened on all three units.
