Bug Description
I believe this should be done as a plugin, rather than something in the core of juju, but seeing as we have no plugin API yet, that will have to be seen.
Charm authors should be able to include apparmor profiles in
$charm/
That would be installed in much the same way dh_apparmor from debhelper would install them if they were included in a package.

I think juju can support this use case just by implementing bug #1009687 , as an "apparmor helper" can be written. Closing as Won't Fix.
