recursive scp does not work

Bug Description
Hello,
In juju v3.4.3, recursive scp fails.
$ juju scp -- -r loki/0:/tmp/ tmp_test
ERROR only one source and one destination are allowed for a k8s application
While in scp help, below example was given;
$ juju scp -- -r mongodb/
Could you please check it?
