Bug Description
We, IS, want to add ipv6 to GCE cloud-mirrors: uRT#81780: Missing AAAA DNS records for apt source.
From google's docs: "To configure IPv6 addresses on a VM interface, the interface must be connected to a dual stack subnet." https:/
There is currently no way of selecting a specific vpc for juju's model config. So we are unable to create new VPC which supports subnets with dualstack as we can't select the vpc when deploying new models.
