'juju info' should also display resource revision information

Bug Description
Currently, only charm collaborators can use the "charmcraft status" command.
Non collaborators would get an error:
$ charmcraft status zookeeper
Store operation failed:
- permission-
But apparently the API does seem to present resources in the channel map: https:/
As this is tightly related to `juju info`, it would be nice if `juju info` was able to display such information.
