juju ssh disconnects with 'ERROR health ping timed out after 30s'

If I close my laptop and move between APs at a work site, juju ssh will as of recent updates disconnect me with the error message:

ERROR health ping timed out after 30s

This is a very aggressive timeout and very inconvenient.

I think this is similar to what it would happen if you connect using ssh on your terminal. We have no plans to change this behaviour.

It absolutely is NOT the same. My ssh connections do not have a 30-second timeout. The current behavior is hideous and should be fixed.

Could I please get more context as to what you were `juju ssh`ing to? A machine or a kubernetes unit?
