`juju trust` doesn't support branches

Bug Description
As it stands: `juju trust` deals with the application API client, which expects a branch name to be provided as the first field. `trust` just provides "", which works fine when the "branches" feature flag is disabled (I'm assuming the argument is just ignored in this case). However, if we implement the branches feature, we probably want to make `trust` check the current branch name/set default values a la `juju config`.
