Bug Description
Hi,
With recent Juju releases, on units with both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, IPv6 is preferred. Especially in Juju status output.
We have tooling[1] and preference for IPv4 for various control plane data. Can we please have an option, model-config, to specify preference for using IPv4 over IPv6?
[1]promreg and plinth juju-ingestd populating into NGFW's firewall-config (see LP:1968753) are the two I'm thinking of, but we may have more.

Maybe even the ability to "juju status -4" to show IPv4 addresses in addition to the model config.
