In order to create a Ceph CSI charm, I need to be able to create a StorageClass from within the charm (e.g https:/
I don't believe that, currently, this is possible.

Moving to 2.9.1 milestone initially. The 20.10 cycle will see sidecar charms given the ability to create k8s resources.
