Bug Description
Using a vsphere cloud, the storage or "datastore" selection is currently exposed only as model-config instead of being tied up to juju storage.
This is causing us issues because we can only use a single dataatore per model in this way.
Can we hook vsphere datastores up to juju storage so we can provision storage to instances similar to how the other clouds work with storage-attach etc etc.

I have three data-stored with 10TB each.
I would love to be able to use all of these disks somehow, not just the one which is defined in the model
