Bug Description
When bootstrapping a new controller I had the following warning message. As the user I have no information if this warning is something I should be concerned about or how to go about investigating the issue.
I'd propose one of the following options:
- Hiding the message completely behind a debug flag.
- Do not show the message unless the request fails some number of times.
- And adding a resolution message. "Instance ID .... now found"
