mongodb logs aren't going to systemd journal

Bug Description

mongodb logs are getting stuck at /var/snap/juju-db/common/logs/. It'd be great if these used systemd to log to the standard journal instead. They would be much more visible there and accessible to standard log collection/monitoring tools.

Agreed. We should configure the snap to output logs to the system journal.
