Bug Description
In the following scenario my user doesn't have privileges to add-machine in the model, can we error message something meaningful here?
$ juju add-machine
ERROR expected 1 result, got 0

I was able to reproduce by doing the following, on jaas, using my "petevg" and "petevg-demo" users:
# On my laptop
juju switch jaas
juju add-model test-perm aws
juju grant petevg-
# Drop into an lxc container with my petevg-demo user setup
lxc shell petevg-demo
juju login
juju switch petevg@
juju add-machine
I got the error message mentioned above: ERROR expected 1 result, got 0
I don't know how big this one is -- if it's just a bitesize matter of passing error messages correctly, it would be nice to knock out.
