Juju restore takes a long time

Bug Description

We needed to restore juju from a moderately-sized backup (uncompressed dump ~4.2Gb) but this ended up taking over 4hrs. Controller: KVM with 8 vcpu, 32G ram, virtio.

juju restore-backup -m controller --file ~/juju-backup.tar.gz

I realize that we're mainly depending on mongorestore here but maybe it can be tuned? Cheers.

Thanks, we can definitely make sure we're using mongorestore as best we can and look into any practices that can help.
