Bug Description
I initially deployed a charm w/o any config values and so I got
juju add-branch one
juju deploy cs:~jameinel/
juju config ubuntu
juju config ubuntu trust=true
(note this is unfair as the charm doesn't have config and I wondered if trust would count since it's listed in config but honestly not surprised)
juju diff
juju commit one
Branch "one" had no changes to commit and was aborted
Active branch set to "master"
juju list-commits
