show commands that deal with client and controller copies can show differences

There are commands like 'show-cloud', 'show-credential', 'clouds', 'credentials', 'regions' that deal with both client side copy of the entities as well as a controller side copy can gain additional functionality and showing the difference between the copies where there are some.
