k8s model won't die

Using juju 2.6.2 (controller and model), I still can't seem to destroy k8s models effectively.

As you can see I've supplied the --force, --no-wait, and --destroy-storage args, but to my dismay the model still gets stuck.

I ran into this issue while writing up this bit on annotations, https://discourse.jujucharms.com/t/k8s-charms-annotations-charm-config-use-case/1489

If you deploy this charm https://jaas.ai/u/jamesbeedy/jenkins-k8s/25 with a config that will make it error similar to that post^, then try to destroy the model you should hit the bug.

Thank you for the additional information. There is work currently underway that will enhance destroy-model --force and this scenario will be covered.
