Show full error message when bundle parsing fails

Bug Description

I have a bundle that I accidentally indented a field in to produce invalid YAML. I tried deploying it with `juju deploy ./bundle.yaml`, and got this output:

ERROR invalid charm or bundle provided at "./bundle.yaml"

When I redeployed with `juju deploy ./bundle.yaml --debug`, I got a full error message that said why the bundle was invalid. Since this is a fatal error, would it be possible to have the full error message show up without having to pass in the `--debug` flag?
