Bug Description
When running juju add-credential in interactive mode, the user is allowed to enter spaces when typing the credential name. This causes issues when attempting to bootstrap a controller (see: https:/
This is a followup bug for #1702538; fixing #1702538 will allow us to return an error to the user instead of having the cli panic. On the cli side of things we should ensure that the cli does not allow users to create invalid credential names in the first place.
