Bug Description
juju run-action allows for the syntax:
"juju run-action <application>
juju run should also allow for a way to specify the leader unit.
eg:
"juju run --unit <application/

$ juju run-action mysql/leader backup
resolved leader: mysql/0
action: <ID>
Marking as invalid as it's released as a feature.
