Bug Description
Currently Juju allows targetting VMs onto GCP; the machine constraints allow the root-disk size to be specified, however it is not possible to set the type of disk.
In some cases, it would be desirable to use SSDs (persistent and/or local) for these VMs for performance gains, however, this is not currently supported by Juju.
Feature request is to enable additional constraints for the GCP provider that would allow the root disk to be stood up on SSDs.
