Bug Description
Attempting to upgrade a charm from a store version fails when using the juju 2.5 CLI against a juju 2.4 controller.
The error message is "ERROR SetCharmProfile not supported by this version of Juju not supported".
After "snap refresh juju --stable", the command works as expected.
