Bug Description
There is a new region in gce opened recently in the nordics, juju list-regions still
shows no sign of it:
$ juju list-regions google
us-east1
us-east4
us-central1
us-west1
europe-west1
europe-west2
europe-west3
asia-east1
asia-northeast1
asia-southeast1
asia-south1
australia-
southamerica-east1
