Bug Description

I can't seem to remove an offer. This is as far as I ever get https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/z6Wqg4T2VV/

I have to destroy the model to get rid of the offer.

some more info [0], we can see the offer is not listed under `juju offers`, but it remains in juju status for the selected model even following removal.
