Bug Description
It would be nice to know when a model was created. I imagine this information would be at home in the `show-model` command.

We don't currently record a timestamp when the model is created. This would need to be added, then threaded through the layers.
A question would then be: what do we show for models where we don't know because it was created before we started recording creation dates?
