Bootstrap OpenStack controller failed

I bootstrapped a OpenStack cloud use the following command:

juju bootstrap \
  --metadata-source /home/openstack-maas/simplestreams \
  --config network=201e2be1-b29c-4491-b76c-aa4acb086b80 \
  --config use-floating-ip=true \
  juju-k8s \
  juju-k8s-controller

And I got this error:

ERROR fetching hosted model spaces: adding subnet "192.168.0.0/24": subnet "192.168.0.0/24" already exists

It sounds like your Openstack has 192.168.0.0/24 listed in 2 different
networks. This should be fixed in
