Bug Description
I bootstrapped a OpenStack cloud use the following command:
juju bootstrap \
--metadata-source /home/openstack
--config network=
--config use-floating-
juju-k8s \
juju-
And I got this error:
ERROR fetching hosted model spaces: adding subnet "192.168.0.0/24": subnet "192.168.0.0/24" already exists

It sounds like your Openstack has 192.168.0.0/24 listed in 2 different /bugs.launchpad .net/juju/ +bug/1761706
networks. This should be fixed in
