Bug Description
In discussing on the mailing list, and looking through various points of feedback, it seems everyone agrees that having a "Time:" field in status is always useful.
It helps to put it in there, so whenever you share status with another person, it gives just a little bit more context about what was going on.

Some question as to whether it should be the client or server timestamp, but as long as we include a complete timestamp with a TZ offset, I think we can just do either.
