Build juju from source documentation requires update

The doc section in github,
https://github.com/juju/juju/blob/master/README.md details the steps to download juju source code and install in your local machine.
The build section needs some update regarding the golang version update.
Go installation using installs 1.10 which is fine.
but the next option apt option needs modification
sudo apt-get install golang-go has to be added. This installs 1.10 version of go.

Some update regarding these dep module installation based on version will be helpful to be updated now and then.

Update:
when we run make install-dependencies before the installation, snap installation of golang 1.10 version gets updated.
