Cannot refer to charm channel in bundle

There seems to be no way to specify charm channels in bundles.

For example, the bundle below just ignores the channel option.

We, too, have a strong use case to decouple charms and bundles from channels. A bundle should be able to refer to stable charms, and dev charms. But today, it appears to be global to the bundle.

Seems to be a duplicate of bug # 1677404

@Anastasia, only if #1677404 will actually finally cover the case of setting specific channels for individual charms in the bundle.
