support new virtual hardware versions on vsphere

New releases of VSphere have different hardware virtualization versions. These allow more memory/advanced graphics, etc.

Sites like this: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2012352 seem to indicate the VirtualSystemType field can hold multiple values, rather than just a single value.
