weird error message when upgrading juju with a 2.2.6 binary

Bug Description
Hi,
Upgrading a model from 2.2.5 (or 2.2.4) to 2.2.6 with the 2.2.6 binary produces the following output :
$ juju upgrade-juju --agent-
CRITICAL ********** SetModelAgentVe
started upgrade to 2.2.6
The upgrade completes correctly, as far as I can see.
We do not get this error message when upgrading to 2.2.6 with the 2.2.4 binary.
