Artful is in feature freeze. OpenStack Engineering needs to be able to deploy Artful series with Juju in order to dev/test OpenStack Charms against it.

This has been "fixed" for some time, and has been planned for 2.2.3, which has been delayed for some time and now we're post feature freeze :-(. We didn't intend to publish artful agents for 2.2.2, but we could technically add them to streams as well if needed.

IIRC, interim Ubuntu releases have been added to streams in the past to address this issue. If that is doable and an accurate recollection, please consider doing that. Many thanks!
