no way to see what actions arguments were run

We need this information in order to have a record of actions that were run so we can recreate environments later.

In 2.2 we include the name of the action that has been run (thanks to Eric,
I don't remember the bug # off hand). It may still be true that we don't
include the arguments passed, so I'd leave this bug open for the args being
included.
