We can no longer see the details of of the failure since reports.vapour.ws has been decommissioned. In addition, we have not seen this failure recently, nor did we see the failure described in the related, linked bug.
I am closing this report. If we are seeing re-occurrence, let's create a new report with relevant, recent logs.
