When adding two machines consecutively they land on the same instance

This happened only once, on MAAS controller, juju from develop:

Those two machines are on the same instance, with the same IP, etc.

Is 'dkbtmh' the instance ID of the machine in MAAS? Also, when this happened, were two machines deployed in MAAS but juju saw them as the single instance ?
