Bug Description
After registering with jimm.jujucharms.com and adding a model and deploying an application, I got the following error:
$ juju version
2.1.1-xenial-amd64
$ juju gui
ERROR Juju GUI is not available: GET https:/
$ juju controllers
Use --refresh flag with this command to see the latest information.

Note that it is not querying api.jujcharms.com thus the HTML output.

I think this is more related to a multi-controller issue, which is part to be solved on jimm and part on the store front. I just filed https:/ /github. com/CanonicalLt d/jem/issues/ 300 and https:/ /github. com/CanonicalLt d/jujucharms. com/issues/ 447, therefore closing the bug here.
Thanks for your report Brad!
