Bug Description
On a new machine after following the juju installation steps the "juju bootstrap" dialog fails to bootstrap lxd:

The workaround is to skip the bootstrap dialog and do a "juju bootstrap localhost lxd".
The Juju version is: 2.1.0-xenial-amd64
