juju run --unit BADID gives an unhelpful error

Bug Description
If you run "juju run --unit typo/1" it ends up giving an error about BADID and unable to queue an action.
couldn't queue one action: id not foundERROR no actions were successfully enqueued, aborting
However, it should just report something about that not being a valid unit name.
Also, there is no space or newline between "id not found" and a red ERROR message.
