No builtin descriptions for vsphere and manual

All public cloud providers and some private providers have descriptions, but vsphere and manual do not. "show-cloud" and "clouds" (list-clouds) are afffected.

Tested with 2.0.1 and revision-build 4610 / 7b7d4a4

Since interactive add-cloud does not allow the user to specify a description (bug #1645783), the result is that manual and vsphere clouds added by interactive add-cloud will have no description at all.
