Bug Description
add-cloud must support multiple maas regions, according to the SRS:
User must be able to add multiple maas regions

But it does not prompt for any regions at all:
$ juju add-cloud
Cloud Types
maas
manual
openstack
vsphere
Select cloud type: maas
Enter a name for the cloud: wilma
Enter the API endpoint url: asf
Cloud "wilma" successfully added

This was catering for multi-region MAAS support. Juju currently does not support it.
I am removing this from 2.2 milestone as it will not be delivered in that release.
