Bug Description
Per bug 1465317, juju clients break when users upgrade their OS. Homebrew are delaying the inclusion of Juju 2 because the 1.25.x tests fail on MacOS Sierra. If we cannot get this bug fixed in 1.25.7, we need to develop a fix outside of juju to unblock 2.0

As we have missed the 1.25.7 cut off, I prepared a patch that can be applied to the tarfile after it is unpacked by the juju@1.25 formula
