metric names should be ordered in `juju metrics` output

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy a charm that collects multiple metrics, such as cs:~cmars/
2. `watch juju metrics --all` in a shell
You'll notice the order of the metric names is not consistent between executions.
This can be easily addressed by the cmd sorting the items to be displayed.
