Bug Description

On juju 2.0 rc2 I get the following:

$ juju bootstrap foobar lxd
ERROR creating LXD client: lxdbr0 configured but no config file found at /etc/default/lxd-bridge
It looks like your lxdbr0 has not yet been configured. Please configure it via:

        sudo dpkg-reconfigure -p medium lxd

and then bootstrap again.

Running this command does nothing, and besides are know I have a a working installation of lxd.

The file (/etc/default/lxd-bridge) does indeed not exist. However (/etc/default/lxd-bridge.upgraded) does. If I create a symbolic link between them it seems to work.

It seems like lxd doesn't use this file anymore?

This is running lxd 2.3-0ubuntu5~ubuntu14.04.1~ppa1
