I have a juju 2.0b15 bootstrap that's hung for about a day now, even though it was given a bootstrap timeout of 1800 seconds (half an hour):
landsca+ 17567 0.0 0.2 206544 24464 ? Sl Aug16 0:09 \_ juju bootstrap -v --no-gui --to node-1 --auto-upgrade=false --config /var/lib/landscape/juju-homes/2/bootstrap.yaml 2 landscape-maas
$ cat /var/lib/landscape/juju-homes/2/bootstrap.yaml
{apt-http-proxy: 'http://10.245.200.25:8000', bootstrap-timeout: 1800, default-series: trusty,
provisioner-harvest-mode: destroyed}
$ juju-2.0 show-cloud local:landscape-maas
defined: local
type: maas
auth-types: [oauth1]
endpoint: http://10.245.200.25/MAAS
$ juju-2.0 version
2.0-beta15-xenial-amd64
bootstrap is stuck because juju keeps trying to download tools on that node, seemingly forever:
