Bug Description
The "juju shares" command no longer makes sense. Apart from this command, the concept of a "share" doesn't exist anywhere else in Juju. A better name would be "list-model-users", although that's a bit long.

show-model shows the details of users with access to the model and their permission level. I'm +1 on getting rid of list-shares/shares and encouraging users to look at the show-model command instead for those details. We need to update the help around grant/revoke and such to help point out show-model is important for that kind of info much like we had to do with the unregister command.
