Bug Description
We wait 2 hours for Lp to create agents Juju 2.0-beta9. Juju CI built and tested agents hours/days before. Juju CI builds with a well understood tool chain. Lp/Ubuntu can change the toolchain and break the builds.
We require 1 agent for each GOOS + GOARCH combination we support. We can create the json stanza for the streams that represent the multitude of series. At this time we need to collection from CI:
win+amd64, linux+amd64, linux+arm64, linux+ppc64el, linux+s390x
The win+amd64 is already built by CI and registered for the 10 windows series. the linux agents can be registered for centos, precise, trusty, xenial, and yakkety.
