Bug Description
This is what I get when I try to deploy a service when my current user does not have write access to the current model.
$ juju deploy mysql mysql-staging
ERROR storing charm for URL "cs:trusty/
I suggest that something more helpful is printed so the user knows what the problem is and what action to take. Suggestion:
"You do not have write access to the model. See your controller administrator."
